Zanon is highly experienced in manufacturing SC Half Wave Cavities having been involved in important superconducting Projects like COSY-SCL, TRASCO and IFMIF-DONES.

For example for the IFMIF/EVEDA project in Japan Zanon produced a complete series of ß=0,094 175 MHz Half Wave Resonator integrated into the titanium He tank. Now Zanon is involved in the development of the prototype for DONES a project similar to IFMIF but placed in Europe.
